Shipping information

We partner directly with our manufacturers to ensure your order is delivered with care. Most items ship via freight or LTL carriers, depending on size and weight. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details and delivery updates.

Freight deliveries require an adult present at the time of drop‑off. Please inspect all packages upon arrival and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing. If you notice concealed damage after delivery, notify us within 48 hours so we can assist with a resolution.

If your order arrives with damage or a manufacturing issue, please report it within 48 hours so we can file a claim and coordinate a replacement or solution. Custom cushions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Freight returns must be palletized and securely packaged.
