Shipping information
We partner directly with our manufacturers to ensure your order is delivered with care. Most items ship via freight or LTL carriers, depending on size and weight. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details and delivery updates.
Freight deliveries require an adult present at the time of drop‑off. Please inspect all packages upon arrival and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing. If you notice concealed damage after delivery, notify us within 48 hours so we can assist with a resolution.
All orders include free standard shipping within the continental United States unless otherwise noted.

Returns & Warranty
We want you to love your outdoor living pieces. If something isn't right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in original, unused condition and include all packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If your order arrives with damage or a manufacturing issue, please report it within 48 hours so we can file a claim and coordinate a replacement or solution. Custom cushions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Freight returns must be palletized and securely packaged.
