We partner directly with our manufacturers to ensure your order is delivered with care. Most items ship via freight or LTL carriers, depending on size and weight. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details and delivery updates.

Freight deliveries require an adult present at the time of drop‑off. Please inspect all packages upon arrival and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing. If you notice concealed damage after delivery, notify us within 48 hours so we can assist with a resolution.

All returns must be in original, unused condition and include all packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If your order arrives with damage or a manufacturing issue, please report it within 48 hours so we can file a claim and coordinate a replacement or solution. Custom cushions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Freight returns must be palletized and securely packaged.

Recommended Media 

The Mesa 32" Copper Fire Bowl requires approximately 40–50 lbs of lava rock or rolled lava stones (2 HPC bags, or 1 standard 50‑lb bag), or 72–90 lbs of fire glass (9 standard 10‑lb bags), depending on your desired coverage and flame presentation.

Installation Notes

  • Must be installed by a licensed gas professional in accordance with local codes.
  • Match‑Lit (MLFPK) system does not require electrical power — ignition is manual using a long lighter or match.
  • Proper cross‑ventilation and drainage are required beneath the bowl to ensure safe operation and prevent moisture accumulation.
  • Compatible with approved fire media including lava rock, rolled lava stones, or fire glass.
  • Gas supply must meet HPC’s BTU and pressure requirements for the PENTA18‑MLFPK burner (65K BTU).
  • LP installations require a properly sized regulator; NG installations must be hard‑piped by a licensed technician.
  • Burner should be covered with 2–3 inches of media without obstructing burner ports.
