Freight deliveries require an adult present at the time of drop‑off. Please inspect all packages upon arrival and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing. If you notice concealed damage after delivery, notify us within 48 hours so we can assist with a resolution.

Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If your order arrives with damage or a manufacturing issue, please report it within 48 hours so we can file a claim and coordinate a replacement or solution. Custom cushions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Freight returns must be palletized and securely packaged.

Recommended Media 

The Mesa 32" Copper Fire & Water Bowl requires approximately 40–50 lbs of lava rock or rolled lava stones (2 HPC bags, or 1 standard 50‑lb bag), or 60–70 lbs of fire glass (6-7 standard 10‑lb bags), depending on your desired coverage and flame presentation.

Installation Notes

  • Must be installed by a licensed gas professional in accordance with local codes.
  • Electronic Ignition (EI) system requires dedicated 24VAC electrical power supplied from a properly rated transformer.
  • Proper cross‑ventilation and drainage are required beneath the bowl to ensure safe operation and prevent moisture accumulation around EI components.
  • Compatible with approved fire media including lava rock, rolled lava stones, or fire glass (used in a shallow 2–3" layer to avoid obstructing the igniter and flame sensor).
  • Gas supply must meet HPC’s BTU and pressure requirements for the PENTA18EI burner (65K BTU). 
  • LP installations require a properly sized regulator; NG installations must be hard‑piped by a licensed technician.
  • Fire media should be installed in a light, even layer to ensure the igniter and flame sensor remain unobstructed for reliable EI performance.
  • Water scupper requires connection to a dedicated water supply line with proper flow rate to achieve smooth sheet‑flow operation.
