Returns & Warranty

All returns must be in original, unused condition and include all packaging. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If your order arrives with damage or a manufacturing issue, please report it within 48 hours so we can file a claim and coordinate a replacement or solution. Custom cushions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Freight returns must be palletized and securely packaged.

Each Sierra Fire & Water Bowl is paired with the correct PENTA19EI burner insert for the selected fuel type and voltage. The EI system provides remote operation, flame sensing, and auto‑relight, ensuring reliable performance in outdoor conditions. The integrated water scupper produces a controlled sheet of water, creating a balanced fire‑and‑water presentation suitable for pool decks, courtyards, and premium outdoor living designs.

All Sierra EI Fire & Water configurations require 24VAC and professional installation by a licensed gas contractor. Fuel type and ignition capability vary by model, with dedicated inserts for Natural Gas or Liquid Propane.

Recommended Media 

The 36" Sierra Smooth Copper Fire & Water Bowl requires approximately 25–35 lbs of lava rock or rolled lava stones (2–3 HPC bags, or 1 standard 50‑lb bag), or 30–40 lbs of fire glass (3–4 standard 10‑lb bags), depending on your desired coverage and flame presentation.

Installation Notes

  • Must be installed by a licensed gas professional in accordance with local codes.
  • Proper cross‑ventilation and drainage are required beneath the bowl to ensure safe operation and prevent moisture accumulation around components.
  • Compatible with approved fire media including lava rock, rolled lava stones, or fire glass.
  • Gas supply must meet HPC’s BTU and pressure requirements for the PENTA19EI burner (65K BTU).
  • LP installations require a properly sized regulator; NG installations must be hard‑piped by a licensed technician.
  • Media should be installed in a light, even 2–3" layer without obstructing burner ports or the flame‑sensing components.
