Freight deliveries require an adult present at the time of drop‑off. Please inspect all packages upon arrival and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing. If you notice concealed damage after delivery, notify us within 48 hours so we can assist with a resolution.

Custom cushions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Freight returns must be palletized and securely packaged.
